We may be able to help you at a regular hourly rate or a reasonable retainer.

What are the prices in your affordable packages?

The prices for our affordable packages are all for services rendered on a flat-fee basis. They range from $500 to $5,000, depending on the complexity of your situation. Most services are $3,000 and below.

How do your fees work?

Fees depend on the type of case. Personal injury cases often operate on a contingency basis. We offer some services in affordable flat fee packages. Other cases may handled on an hourly retainer basis. We always explain all fees clearly before starting work on your case.

What will the process look like once I hire your firm?

We start by gathering information, reviewing your case, and building a strategy. We keep communication clear and guide you step by step through each type of process to accomplish your goals. We will conduct research, draft documents, and help you to collect and present your evidence. We may have hearings. Depending on your situation, we may reach out to the other side and seek to negotiate a resolution. In contested matters, your case may include a discovery phase, with depositions and exchanges of detailed records and information, and then a trial or settlement.

We are aggressive and move forward quickly. If we accept your case, we expect you to communicate and participate in your representation. We generally reply to business communications within three business days, and we ask the same of you.
